Vienna & Malmo

I was in Vienna for 5 days last week and all I did was basically just hanging out with old friends in various outside locations and enjoying the sun - Museumsquartier, Altes AKH, Kunsthalle, Prater, Naschmarkt and Schoenbrunn (where, believe it or not, I’ve actually been for the first time ever). I just love this city; and even more so in spring/summer. Good times.

Wednesday and Friday this week I was attending the Nordic Game Conference in Malmø, Sweden. It is, of course, by far not as big as GDC. However, I was really positively surprised by the quality of the lectures and presentations I attended. There wasn't a single one which was entirely disappointing but my personal favorite was Ste Curran's session "Stories about Stories". The entire talk was presented in a storytelling way featuring various acts and brief interludes from various guest speakers. By far the most entertaining (not informative) conference session I ever attended.

Also, there's some really good news concerning our project. Not surprisingly, I can't talk about this in detail quite yet.
